My expertise is in helping you find brand clarity and your special sweet spot, set up and use email marketing that builds your sales, and deciding on how best to use social media to gain visibility and showcase your particular expertise.

On the travel supplier side I see so much that could change and get far more sales through travel advisors. Since 2015 I've attended over 400 presentations from travel suppliers. I can show you how to use your existing assets in more strategic ways within the TA community, resulting in more sales for you and much more engagement from TAs.

I founded Sell Travel Better to bridge these two gaps, providing workshops to TAs and suggestions to travel suppliers about working more effectively with TAs. Because I've also sold travel in my own home-based travel agency since 2015, I know the skill set it takes to be a successful travel advisor. I've taught small business strategies to clients around the world since 2006 through my first business, The Confident Marketer. I'm a certified email marketing specialist with a long expertise in building visibility, credibility, and sales for small business owners.

My support to TAs is to sharpen your brand and help you with sales skills, email marketing, and content creation strategies that give you the visibility you need. My support to travel suppliers focuses on using your existing assets and budget, restructuring it in a specific way to better inform and actively engage TAs to sell more for you.
